- Attending client calls and resolving software-related queries on time.
- Maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver effective customer support.
- Conducting online demos and training for new and existing clients.
- Installing and configuring biometric access control software.
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the software development team.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Researching potential client databases as per requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet & Social Media).
- Minimum graduation qualification.
